    Mix Pure matcha powder and heavy cream until combined. Beat until stiff peaks form.

  2. Make Bamboo Charcoal Liquid:
    Mix activated charcoal powder and water until smooth. Strain.

  3. Make Matcha Latte:
    Mix matcha latte powder, hot water, and cane sugar until dissolved.

  4. Assemble:
    Fill a glass with kiwi popping boba and ice. Pour in the matcha latte, followed by the bamboo charcoal liquid to create a gradient effect. Top with matcha whipped cream and decorate with candy eyes.finishing touch.
