Taro Cloud Martini is a rich and creamy twist on a classic cocktail, blending earthy taro, velvety coconut, and smooth vodka. The addition of lemon juice enhances the drink with a subtle citrus brightness, while the whipped cheese foam adds a silky texture. A final brûlée-style caramelized sugar topping brings a touch of indulgence, making it a sophisticated and well-balanced taro cocktail experience.

Ingredients

  • Cocktail Base
    Taro Syrup : 30ml
    Coconut Milk: 40ml (5g coconut powder dissolved in 40ml hot water)
    Lemon Juice: 5ml
    Vodka: 30ml
    Ice Cubes: Desired amount

  • Topping
    Cheese Flavor : 12g cheese powder + 40ml ice water
    Brown Sugar: For brûlée topping
    Purple Sugar Crystals & Mint: For garnish


Directions

  1. Shake the Base :

    In a shaker, combine 30ml taro syrup, 40ml coconut milk, 5ml lemon juice, and 30ml vodka with ice cubes. Shake well.

  2. Strain & Serve :

    Double strain into a serving glass.

  3. Add Cheese Foam :

    Whip 12g cheese flavor powder with 40ml ice water until smooth and thick, then gently pour over the cocktail.

  4. Brûlée the Sugar :

    Sprinkle brown sugar over the foam and torch until caramelized.

  5. Garnish & Enjoy :

    Finish with purple sugar crystals and a fresh mint leaf for an elegant presentation.

For a richer foam: Increase cheese powder or use full-fat milk for a denser, creamier texture.

Adjust alcohol profile: Swap vodka for rum for a slightly sweeter and smoother taste.

Enhance taro flavor: Add 5ml extra taro extract for a stronger taro aroma.
