Milk Layer

Pure Liquid Cane Sugar : 10ml

Hot Water: 50ml
Sea Salt Cream Cap
Cheese Flavor Powder : 12g
Ice Water: 40ml
Directions
Prepare the Base :

Add Ice :
Fill the cup 80% full with ice cubes.
Pour the Milk :
Mix 150ml fresh milk with 10ml pure liquid cane sugar, then pour it gently into the glass.

Whisk 5g A+ Pure Matcha with 50ml hot water until smooth, then slowly pour over the milk.
