Ingredients
Pure Ube Powder: 5g
Cane Sugar: 20g
Hot Water: 50ml
Ice Cubes: Fill 80% of the serving cup
Fresh Milk: 250ml (optional: substitute with milk tea or matcha base)
Directions
Mix pure ube powder and cane sugar with hot water in a bowl until fully dissolved to make the ube mixture.
Fill the serving cup with ice cubes up to 80% of its capacity.
Slowly pour in 250ml of fresh milk (or replace with Jasmine, Ruby, or Assam milk tea base).
Gently layer the ube mixture on top to create a gradient effect.
