Ingredients
Clear jelly:
Powder : water = 1:20
Kanten powder: 5g
Hot water: 100ml
Gradient yogurt layer:
Hot milk: 100ml
Kanten powder: 10g
Plain yogurt: 100ml
Food coloring: a few drops (optional)

Gold leaf maple leaf
Directions
Make the clear jelly:
Mix the kanten powder into the hot water until dissolved. Pour into molds and refrigerate until set.Make the gradient yogurt layer:
Mix the kanten powder into the hot milk until dissolved. Let it cool slightly, then add the plain yogurt and mix well.
For a gradient effect, pour the mixture into the molds in layers, adding a different color of food coloring to each layer.Assemble:
Pour the gradient yogurt layer onto the set clear jelly and refrigerate until completely set.
Decorate with a gold leaf maple leaf.
