Ingredients
Tea Base
Four Seasons Spring Tea (brewed from tea bags): 150ml
Osmanthus Syrup : 40ml
Ice Cubes: Fill the cup
Toppings & Garnish
Green Grapes: 9 pieces
Osmanthus Oolong Jelly: Desired amount
Tea Jelly
Osmanthus Oolong Tea: 200ml
Water: 200ml
Osmanthus Syrup : 10ml
Kanten Powder: 20g
Directions : Osmanthus Green Grape
Prepare the Liquid :
In a pot, heat 200ml osmanthus oolong tea and 200ml water until it reaches a gentle simmer.
Dissolve the Kanten :
Add 10ml osmanthus syrup and 20g kanten powder, stirring continuously until fully dissolved to prevent clumping.
Let It Set :
Pour the mixture into a container and let it cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 3 hours until fully set.
Cut into Cubes :
Once set, cut into small cubes and add to Osmanthus Green Grape Tea or other beverages and desserts.

Prepare the Liquid :
Heat 200ml osmanthus oolong tea and 200ml water in a pot.
Dissolve the Agar :
Add 10ml osmanthus syrup and 20g agar powder, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
Let It Set :
Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until fully set.
Cut into Cubes :
Slice into small jelly cubes before adding to the drink.
