Osmanthus Green Grape Tea is a fragrant and delicate fusion of floral Four Seasons Spring Tea, juicy green grapes, and soft osmanthus-infused tea jelly. The tea base provides a light, refreshing, and naturally sweet flavor, while the jelly adds a chewy and smooth texture. With each sip, the aroma of osmanthus and fresh grapes lingers, making this drink a perfectly balanced and visually stunning experience.

Ingredients

Directions : Osmanthus Green Grape

  1. Prepare the Liquid :

    In a pot, heat 200ml osmanthus oolong tea and 200ml water until it reaches a gentle simmer.

  2. Dissolve the Kanten :

    Add 10ml osmanthus syrup and 20g kanten powder, stirring continuously until fully dissolved to prevent clumping.

  3. Let It Set :

    Pour the mixture into a container and let it cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 3 hours until fully set.

  4. Cut into Cubes :

    Once set, cut into small cubes and add to Osmanthus Green Grape Tea or other beverages and desserts.

  1. Prepare the Liquid :

    Heat 200ml osmanthus oolong tea and 200ml water in a pot.

  2. Dissolve the Agar :

    Add 10ml osmanthus syrup and 20g agar powder, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.

  3. Let It Set :

    Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until fully set.

  4. Cut into Cubes :

    Slice into small jelly cubes before adding to the drink.
