Ingredients
Tea Base
Osmanthus Oolong Tea(brewed from tea bags) : 150ml
Pure Liquid Cane Sugar : 20ml (adjust to taste)
Osmanthus Syrup: 20ml
Milk : 160ml
Ice Cubes : Fill the cup
Milk Foam & Garnish
Frothed Milk : Desired amount
Dried Osmanthus Petals : For garnish
Directions
Brew the Tea :
Steep Osmanthus Oolong tea using a tea bag and let it cool.
Mix the Milk Tea :
In a shaker, combine 150ml osmanthus oolong tea, 20ml pure liquid cane sugar, 20ml osmanthus syrup, 160ml milk, and ice cubes. Shake well.
Prepare the Glass :
Fill a serving glass with ice up to 70% full.
Pour the Milk Tea :
Strain and pour the shaken osmanthus oolong milk tea into the glass.
Make the Milk Foam :
Froth milk until smooth and airy.
Top & Garnish :
Gently pour the milk foam over the drink and sprinkle with dried osmanthus petals.
