Ingredients

  • Egg Whites

    Hard-Boiled Eggs: 5 pcs

    White Vinegar: 100ml

    Pink Food Coloring: a few drops

  • Filling

    Cooked Egg Yolks: 5 pcs

    Mango Concentrate: 20ml

    Mayonnaise: 30g

    Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp

    Salt: pinch

    Spice Mix (for garnish): a sprinkle




Directions

  1. Boil and Halve Eggs :

    Cut hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolks.

  2. Dye the Whites :

    Soak the egg whites in vinegar mixed with pink food coloring until lightly dyed.

  3. Make the Filling :

    Mash yolks with mango concentrate, mayo, chili, and salt until smooth.

  4. Pipe the Filling :

    Use a piping bag to fill each egg half with the mango yolk mix.

  5. Garnish :
