Ingredients

  • Drink Base
    Yogurt Sugar Syrup : 30ml
    Green Tea : 150ml
    Ice Cubes : a handful

  • Toppings
    Coconut Milk Jelly Cubes : 3–5 pieces
    Brewed Tea Leaves : small pinch


Directions

  1. Shake the Base :

    In a shaker, combine Yogurt sugar syrup, green tea, and ice. Shake well.

  2. Add Jelly Cubes :

    Place coconut jelly cubes into a miso-style bowl.

  3. Pour in the Drink :

    Strain and pour the shaken Yakult green tea over the jelly.

  4. Top with Tea Leaves :

    Add brewed tea leaves for a seaweed-like finish.
