Milk - 500ml
Kantan powder - 4g
Cane sugar sryup - 50g
White boba pearls
Mango & watermelon - Diced

Directions
Cook the panna cotta mixture:
Pour milk into a pot, add agar powder and sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the agar powder is completely dissolved.Pour into molds:
Strain the cooked panna cotta mixture and pour it into your desired molds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.Prepare the fruits:
Cut the mango and watermelon into small pieces or scoop into balls. Cut other fruits as desired.Assemble:
